Beginners Weightlifting Class

A coach-led group training session teaching the basics of the snatch and the clean and jerk. Two classes a week, each one focussing on the technicalities of one specific lift. 

Sessions take place
 6pm Tuesday and Thursday. 

Coached by Matt. 

Classes take place at UFIT, Unit 1B, Trident Industrial Park.

Youth Weightlifting

Our youth classes cover the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting, teaching the Snatch and Clean and Jerk as well as strength training and conditioning. Children develop their skills at a pace suitable for their age and skill level. 

Sessions take place 4:30pm - 5:45pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 
 
Coached by Matt and Rhys. 

Each session is 75-minutes.

Classes take place at UFIT, Trident Industrial Park.

UPLIFT: Women's Strength Class

Learn how to lift weights safely and develop overall strength and wellness. Learn compound multi-joint movements such as the squat,  deadlift and bench press. All ages and abilities are welcome. Join a women's class that's fully inclusive, welcoming, and fun!

Coached by Verity and Elin


Sessions take place:

7:30pm Monday and Wednesday
6:30pm Thursday 
10:30am  Friday

Classes take place at PB Performance,  Unit 49, Portmanmoor Road Industrial Estate
